Essential oil blending has been something that I’ve found to be a hobby of mine this year. It’s incredibly fun to create your own aromatherapy recipes and benefit from their use. But I haven’t tried out anything that was pre-blended, so I took this opportunity to try out some of these blends from Phytopia.

This SlimWay blend consists of mainly a grapefruit concoction; which makes me completely happy since that’s my favorite essential oil. These oils are quite strong, so be aware of this when you are blending and diffusing. I’ve used too much before and it was a little overpowering. If you do put too much in and don’t want to pull any out, you can always set your diffuser on increments. Also be sure you are using a cold air diffuser, since heat will degrade the properties and benefits of the essential oils.

I can’t really speak to the ‘losing weight’ or any of those aspects, but diffusing these blends and my own has given me a lot of positive benefits; such as concentration, stress relief, and others. So there really could be some merit to those claims, I just haven’t had enough exposure yet to really tell a difference.

This was provided at a discount, or free, in return for an unbiased review. I receive no compensation, and thoroughly test each product with the intention of providing an accurate, honest opinion so you can determine if this product is of value to you. I do not base my review on price, as prices tend to change, but on the quality of the product as I see it. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
